btk24's Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they form a legal agreement between you and btk24.
Introduction & Acceptance
btk24 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "Company") provides an online casino and betting service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of btk24's website, applications, and all related services.
When you register on btk24, create an account, or use any of our services, you will be considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
Important: btk24 services are only for users aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating or using an account.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To create a valid account on btk24, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must have a valid and active mobile number and email address.
- You must be residing in a country or region where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
- You are creating the account in your own name and for your own use.
- You have not previously been banned from btk24.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. If such a case is identified, all accounts will be suspended or closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. In the event of false information being provided, btk24 may suspend or close the account verification process. For identity verification (KYC), we may request a government-issued ID.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The following methods can be used to deposit funds into btk24:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank)
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. There are no additional charges on deposits, however fees from your payment provider may apply.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Every withdrawal request goes through a security verification process.
3.3 Suspicious Transactions
btk24 reserves the right to suspend, reject, or refer any transaction for further investigation if it appears suspicious, unusual, or contrary to anti-money laundering policies.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at btk24, you will receive a 120% welcome bonus on the deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be considered void.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- btk24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Commitment
btk24 ensures fair play and the use of Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all games. All games available on our platform are sourced from trusted game providers.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bot, or automated method to play games.
- Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players or playing in a fraudulent manner.
- Depositing funds into the account that were obtained through illegal means.
If any such activity is identified, btk24 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances, and legal action will be taken where necessary.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or disconnection, btk24 may consider that round void and the bet amount will be refunded. btk24 is not obligated to pay out abnormal winnings resulting from an apparent technical error.
VIP Program & Rewards
btk24's VIP Program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. btk24 reserves the right to modify the terms, benefits, and criteria of the VIP Program. VIP benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder in question.
Account Suspension, Closure & Banning
7.1 btk24's Rights
btk24 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This right applies in particular in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Providing false or misleading information
- Suspicion of money laundering
- Evidence of being a minor
7.2 User's Right to Close Account
If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact our support team. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Responsible Gaming
btk24 places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity and should never be a cause of financial hardship.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
10.1 Limitation of Liability
btk24 will not be liable for any loss arising from the following:
- Internet disconnection or technical issues beyond the user's control.
- Account access by an unauthorized third party (if the user has not maintained adequate security).
- Service disruption due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure).
- Financial loss resulting from the user's own gaming decisions.
10.2 Third-Party Services
btk24 is not responsible for the operations of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks) or game providers. Their own terms and conditions apply to these services.
Dispute Resolution

If an internal resolution is not possible, btk24 may consider resolving the dispute through mediation or arbitration. Legal dispute resolution is the last resort.
Complaint filing deadline: a formal complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the relevant incident. Complaints filed after this period may not be accepted.
Intellectual Property
btk24's website, logo, content, design, software, and other elements are the intellectual property of the Company. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) is protected by their own intellectual property laws.
Changes to Terms & Termination
btk24 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on the website after any change and those will be considered effective.
It is the user's responsibility to regularly review this page to stay updated on the latest Terms. Continuing to use the platform after any changes constitutes full acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be ineffective or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
